Division of Student Affairs Leads Students in Receiving Awards and Participating in National Youth Day Activities.

On September 20, 2023, Dr. Wuttichai Chairinkham, Vice President for Student Quality, together with the Division of Student Affairs at the University of Phayao, led students to receive awards and take part in activities celebrating National Youth Day. The event's theme for 2023 was "Harnessing Youth Volunteer Power in the Digital Age for Sustainable Development" and was held at the Dhamma Practice Center Building, Sri Khom Kham Temple, Mueang Phayao District, Phayao Province. The event was honored by Mr. Bamrung Sangkhao, Deputy Governor of Phayao Province, who presided over the activities.The event featured various youth group performances, including a presentation by the Khuang Silp Club from the University of Phayao. The student organization, University of Phayao, participated in organizing an exhibition of volunteer activities from various clubs.

In 2023, three students were selected as exemplary youth volunteers in the "Community Volunteer Spirit" category:

Mr. Natthaphong Thumkaew from the School of Business and Communication Artsthe position of President of the Rotaract Club, University of Phayao.

Miss Wilaiwan Saeng-iam is from the School of Education.the President of the College of Education Student Club.

Mr. Kitsomboon Chimun from the School of Political and Social Sciencesthe President of the Khuang Silp Club, University of Phayao.
