Skills Development Project for Beverage and Bakery for Students and Disabled Students

The Division of Student Affairs, in collaboration with the Department of Student Discipline and Development to Excellence and the Office of Student and Disabled Student Quality Development, organized a project to develop skills in beverage and bakery for students and disabled students. On July 22–23, 2566, Dr. Wuttichai Chairinkham, Vice President for Student Quality, led the project and appointed Dr. Jaruwan Poshyananda, Assistant to the President, as the chairman of the opening ceremony. Dr. Jaruwan delivered greetings to encourage students who would become entrepreneurs in the future.Teacher NamPhueng JaiInphon, the speaker, conducted a bakery workshop where she trained the students in making strawberry cream cakes, soft chocolate cakes, custard caramel, and blueberry cheesecake. Mr. Chayanon Boonwong, the owner of the SS Bar brand, took the lead in conducting a coffee-making workshop. He taught various coffee preparation methods and café-style beverages to the participants. Moreover, Miss Nalun Sikaew, owner of MonNaka Resort & Cafe, served as the speaker for developing beverage-making skills, which involved Thai tea, matcha, Italian soda, smoothies, and iced milk bread.
This project received great interest from the students.
