Activities to promote multicultural aesthetics of students : UP Pride & Proud 2023

Division of Student Affairs Organize a project to promote the aesthetics of multicultural students : UP Pride & Proud 2023 to express equality and demand the rights of LGBTQ+.As well as implementing the strategy to develop students to have an aesthetic identity (UP Identity) And sustainable development goals.

SDG5 : Gender Equality means female and male equality. The Pride Month event was held under the name UP PRIDE & PROUD 2023 ‘Born to be Pride’ held on June 28, 2023. The event consists of an art exhibition opening activity “SELF : IDENTITY” The work of Chakrabhand Mantaphan, alumni of the school of Architecture, Which is integrated with the Department of Art and Design s of Architecture. AR(T)CADE exhibit work at DSArt Space, Student Affairs Division From today until 26 July 2023.

Little girl movie activity by the Department of Art and Design and Muang Thong Rama with  talk to exchange on equality after watching movies. Which is an integration with the school of Political Science and Social Sciences, Amnesty UP club and Namkwan seerung club (rainbow phayao lake) at Fah Mui Conference Room, Student Affairs Division.And end the event with a PRIDE & PROUD parade , Jintaleela show (Born to be Pride), cover dance and mini concert by UP band.In the event, the students jointly write a message to show the power to express freedom, equal right and celebrating gender diversity in the university of phayao.
