The 1st/2566 Committee Meeting on Arts and Culture Preservation

The Division of Student Affairs organized the 1st/2566 Committee Meeting on Arts and Culture Preservation on Tuesday, June 13, 2566, at the Chuchat International Conference Room in the Paeng Sports Complex. Dr. Wuttichai Chairinkham, the Vice President for Student Quality, presided over the meeting to discuss strategies for the development of the University of Phayao from 2566 to 2570, the 4th strategy, which aims to promote local arts and cultural preservation for Thai identity. The meeting included the Committee on Arts and Culture Preservation, comprised of representatives from various faculties, including the Culture of Phayao (Mr. Sawai Chaimueang) Ms. Chulasinee Rojanakulkumjorn, the Director of the Learning Innovation Institute, the Deans of the Schools of Pharmacy, Business Administration, and Information and Communication Technology, as well as the Deans of the Schools of Architecture, Fine Arts, and Business Administration. During the meeting, the committee appointed subcommittees to carry out their responsibilities in reviewing projects related to arts and cultural preservation from various university units and drafting a declaration for individuals with expertise in arts and cultural preservation in Phayao. Furthermore, discussions were held to explore collaborative efforts in arts and cultural preservation within the university as well as with internal networks and organizations and external communities. These efforts have helped the University of Phayao achieve successful outcomes in arts and cultural preservation all along.
