Division of Student Affairs Organizes Good Health Well-Being: BMI Challenge Event

The Division of Student Affairs is organizing the DSA FIT & FRESH event, which is part of the internal well-being enhancement initiative within the organization (1 department, 1 program). The event, called the Good Health Well-Being: BMI Challenge, is a project of the University of Phayao. Its objective is to address the Super KPI for the fiscal year 2566 and aligns with Strategic Objective 2 and Strategy 2.1.1, "Best Practice." The event utilizes the BCG Model as a platform to develop the local community for societal well-being. and to promote the physical well-being of Division of Student Affairs staff members, reduce the risk of various diseases, and enhance their overall health. The activity period runs from June 1 to September 15, 2566, and includes various health care activities. These activities encompass comprehensive health behavior surveys, body composition analysis such as measuring and analyzing body fat, muscle mass, bone density, and hydration levels, as well as regular weight measurements. Additionally, there will be physical health promotion activities such as aerobics, traditional dances, and activities related to nutrition and clean eating. Student leaders who are interested are encouraged to participate in these activities for their own physical well-being.
