5th  Friday, August 2022, the Department of Student Discipline, DSA conducted to meet of the committee to consider applying for permission to dress in an academic dress of graduates with gender identity or the sexual ways do not match the sex of the birth in commencement in annual 2023. For considering students who require to file a petition of purpose to dress in gender identity, and to comply with the dressing regulation of graduates who will receive a graduate certificate of the University of Phayao by way of interviewing with the committee and through the MS-TEAMS.  .
