DSA and Wiang collaborated to keep on “Walking Up to the University Tradition in 2022” on 17th July 2022, DSA and Wiang organized “Walking Up to the University Tradition in 2022” honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr.Supakorn Pongbangpho  (President of Phayao University) and the management team led the parade in front of the new students, respectfully engaging Lanna’s worship to worship “Phra Putha Puchakaruck ” the Buddha image of the University of Phayao. Walking Up to the University Tradition is an activity that is an identity of the University of Phayao that displays the harmony of Wiang’s students that is from an assembly of students without segregation of each faculty and majors, walk up to the university together to worship Phra Putha Puchakaruck and it is an activity that tests the students’ tolerance both physical and mental that display to be the unity. Walking up to the university along the distance of approximately 4 kilometers as though going through adversities and obstacles in students’ education along the time that students attended study at this university. Furthermore, it is an activity that makes students obtain an aesthetic development that is an identity of University of Phayao’s students, to upgrade and nourish arts and cultures, and to nourish identities of being Thai according to an obligation of the university.
